What to Expect On This Call
This call is designed to gather all the access, assets, and information we need to complete your full system build-out.
Nothing will be built or shown yet—this is the setup + information collection call that allows us to do the heavy lifting afterward.
💻 Join From a Computer
We’ll be screen sharing and doing live setup.
Phones/tablets won’t work for this part.
🔐 Required Logins
Make sure you can log into the following:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Account
- Domain Provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)
What We Will Cover
- Confirm your business information
- Review your onboarding survey
- Gather logins and access
- Verify ownership of accounts
- Understand your service(s)
- Identify your top offers and call-to-actions
- Set expectations for your full build-out
- Outline your timeline
- Answer any questions before we begin building
- Explain how your AI chatbot + AI voice assistant will be configured
What Happens After This Call
Once we have everything we need, we will:
- Start your system build-out
- Connect all integrations
- Configure your automations
- Set up your AI tools
- Build your CRM, pipelines, pages, and messaging
- Complete your full setup within your build-out window (usually 48–72 hours)
